My name is Michelle Chenevert. I am the Operations Manager for the Matt Harnick Team of Keller Williams - Blue Bell as of January 2021. A little about myself - I am a local girl. Born and raised in North Wales Borough and consider it my own version of Stars Hollow (for my fellow Gilmore Girls Fans). I graduated from North Penn High School as a member of the 50th graduation class from the current building. I moved to the middle part of the state and attended Shippensburg University for college. I graduated in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a double minor in Gerontology and Sociology. Later that summer, I moved back to Montgomery County, PA - roughly a mile away from where I grew up to be with my high school sweetheart. We got our fur-child, a mini bulldog - Rory right after we got engaged in 2012 and personally thought we were crazy to plan a wedding and train a puppy but she is the best thing for our O’hana! We were married in 2013 after almost 10 years of being together! Although we don't have any children of our own - yet - we have several nieces and a nephew that we love to spoil rotten as any good aunt and uncle should. Obviously, you can tell my background is not real estate or even operations but I love being the backbone of our business as the Operations Wizard.
Being Matt’s son, I was exposed to the world of real estate from a very young age. I remember riding along with Dad for appointments before I could tell my lefts from my rights. I plan to get my real estate license when I turn 18 in 2024 so I can start my journey. I would be the 5th generation real estate professional, following my dad, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great grandfather. Now a little about me… I’m a simple dude. I love cars. My favorite car is a 1960s Ford Mustang (stick of course), and one of my goals in life is to refurbish a classic car. Anyone who knows me well enough can tell you that every other day they get links to a car I find that I claim “I found by accident.” One of my favorite hobbies is playing guitar. From an early age, I would only listen to the greats, like Journey, The Who, Foreigner, and more. Over the past few years, I started diving deeper into the 70s and 80s and started listening to bands such as Van Halen, AC/DC, and Guns N’ Roses. Now, I spend a lot of time learning those songs on my guitar. It’s very rewarding to play songs that I love. I wouldn’t be a Harnick if I didn’t love the Eagles. I have been bleeding green since before I knew what football was! Go birds!
I began in real estate in January 1996, as a part-time investor-rehabber at the tender age of 24. I was licensed in 2006 and started with a smaller regional brokerage simply to buy more properties more quickly - and when the crash of 2008 came I entered real estate full time as an agent. Thankfully I met with Keller Williams and haven't looked back! I like to say KW was not my first brokerage, and it'll be my last. I am a 4th generation real estate professional! Born and raised in Philadelphia, moving into the suburbs. I have a huge family, lots of friends, and great centers of influence/past clients all over the five-county area. This has created tremendous knowledge of the area we call the Delaware Valley/Southeastern PA...and I am comfortable working throughout this region. Having lived and worked in and around the Philadelphia real estate market most of my life, I understand what makes our community and the people who call it home so special. I’ve spent a lot of time in Montgomery County in particular, as it’s where I live! I’ve lived here my whole life, going through the school system, marrying my wife and raising our kids in the schools, and giving back to the neighborhoods I grew up in. Helping our clients achieve their goals is a priority. That’s what it takes to truly be a local real estate expert. Not just expertise in negotiation and marketing, but love and understanding of our community and the people who live here. That’s just one reason to choose me to stand by your side – and it’s the foundation of everything I do.
