Unfortunately I lost both of my parents within a short time frame and I was left with the task of selling their home. Matt worked with me through the entire process. From the beginning Matt pointed me in the right direction on repairs and renovations to improve my chances of a quick sell. He allows for a very open dialogue between the seller and his team. I never felt rushed or that my opinion was wrong. He offers great advice, but ultimately leaves the decisions to me. I really appreciated the communication, I felt involved every step of the way. If you need to buy or sell, please give Matt a call. He is beyond professional and truly cares about his work and his clients. I felt more like a friend then a client.
