I began in real estate in January 1996, as a part-time investor-rehabber at the tender age of 24. I was licensed in 2006 and started with a smaller regional brokerage simply to buy more properties more quickly - and when the crash of 2008 came I entered real estate full time as an agent. Thankfully I met with Keller Williams and haven't looked back! I like to say KW was not my first brokerage, and it'll be my last.
I am a 4th generation real estate professional! Born and raised in Philadelphia, moving into the suburbs. I have a huge family, lots of friends, and great centers of influence/past clients all over the five-county area. This has created tremendous knowledge of the area we call the Delaware Valley/Southeastern PA...and I am comfortable working throughout this region.
Having lived and worked in and around the Philadelphia real estate market most of my life, I understand what makes our community and the people who call it home so special. I’ve spent a lot of time in Montgomery County in particular, as it’s where I live! I’ve lived here my whole life, going through the school system, marrying my wife and raising our kids in the schools, and giving back to the neighborhoods I grew up in. Helping our clients achieve their goals is a priority.
