Moving from Summer to Fall


The transition from the summer to fall in the Philadelphia Metro real estate market can offer some great advantages to both buyers and sellers.  Buyers may find more negotiating room and less competition as school is in session.  On the other hand, sellers may also find more motivated buyers as they want to be settled before the holiday season. 

Below is a snapshot of our coverage area from our August data. 

From this, we can see that homes are going from Active on the Market to Under Contract on average within 7 (seven) days!
