On Monday, November 6, our team stepped away for a day to reflect on 2023 and look forward to 2024.  We discussed the strategies and techniques we are currently using and the ones we will be implementing for the new year.  


We also spent time with our lending team at Movement Mortgage to discuss current interest rates, how they are projecting the future, and guidance on how to best assist our buyers moving forward.


Consider the number of buyers in the market right now, now in 2024 add 5 Million ... yes 5 MILLION people who will be entering the ages of 33-34 which is the average first-time homebuyer age.  If you were considering waiting to buy until the rates go down, we would love to grab a coffee, or lunch to show the benefits of starting your search now.
