A 2024 Look Ahead

From this week's Wisdom Wednesday post, we're bringing it to the blog today. Our team is taking a break from our lending partners and peaking at the housing market's current status.
To look ahead we have to look at December 2023 first with some of the highlights:
Average home sold between 7 and 10 days across the region Lower Inventory which is typical of the holiday season Median Home sale is $350,000 which rose 9.4% which is the fastest growth since Spring 2022
Looking toward spring, we are giving the analogy that buying will look like a Black Friday in the 90's where the hot ticket item is the newest Stanley Cup.
