As the days are getting shorter and the weather is getting colder, now is the time to implement a Winter self-care routine

6 | Bake. Allow yourself to focus on a simple task with a great end reward
7 | Read a book. When it is cold and dark, nothing beats escaping your mind to a fictional universe
8 | Declutter your space. Being able to have a clean outside environment helps your mood more than you think!
9 | Spend time with loved ones. Family and friends are important connections that you do not want to miss out on.
10 | Remember you are special. Because you are!
