As the days are getting shorter and the weather is getting colder, now is the time to implement a Winter self-care routine 


1 |  Practice Gratitude each day. Appreciate what you have in life instead of focusing on what you are missing

2 | Journal when you can. Getting your thoughts out of your head and onto paper allows for you to see them more clearly

3 | Enjoy a cup of hot chocolate or coffee. Take time out of you day to sit and drink when the cup is still warm!

4 | Take a bubble bath. Nothing beats a long soak in a warm tub.

5 | Think about your goals for next year. Planning out intentional goals allows for you to align your priorities positively

6 | Bake. Allow yourself to focus on a simple task with a great end reward

7 | Read a book. When it is cold and dark, nothing beats escaping your mind to a fictional universe

8 | Declutter your space. Being able to have a clean outside environment helps your mood more than you think!

9 | Spend time with loved ones. Family and friends are important connections that you do not want to miss out on.

10 | Remember you are special. Because you are!
